Heads-up: Kuzy billing is currently in a deferredstate — Stripe checkout and the customer portal are wired up but disabled in production until launch. No charges are being collected. The terms below describe how refunds will work once paid plans go live; until then there is nothing to refund.
Subscription refunds
14 days, no questions asked.If you subscribe to Starter, Plus, Max, or Max 20× and decide it's not for you within the first 14 days of your first payment, email us and we'll refund you in full.
Annual plans (where available): the 14-day window applies to the first annual charge. After that window, you can cancel at any time and the subscription stops renewing, but past charges aren't pro-rated.
Credit-pack refunds
We don't sell standalone credit packs yet — every plan ships with a fixed monthly credit allowance. If we add top-up packs later, the same 14-day, full-refund policy will apply, with consumed credits excluded.
How to request
- Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
- Include the invoice ID (visible in Dashboard → Billing → Invoices).
- Tell us if you'd like a refund or a credit on your account. (Account credit is faster.)
We don't ask why. If you want to share, we'd love to hear it — it's how we get better — but it's never required.
Processing time
- Account credit — applied within 1 business day.
- Refund to original payment method — 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- If 10 business days have passed and you don't see the refund, reply to our confirmation email and we'll trace it with Stripe.
Exclusions
- Consumed credits are not refundable. If you used part of your monthly allowance and request a mid-cycle refund, the unused remainder is not redeemable as cash — your subscription is cancelled at the period end.
- Annual plans after the 14-day window — see above.
- Accounts terminated for AUP violations — see Acceptable Use Policy.
